 From Melbourne.
Get to the Hume Highway the best way you know.
Head north to Glenrowan. You will see the BP service station and Mac
Donalds restaurant. A few hundred metres after this turn right on to
the snow road. Travel time approx 2.5 hours.
This will take you through Oxley and Milawa. You will go past Brown
Bros vineyard and Milawa mustards. Go to the end of this Road ("T"
intersection at the Ovens Valley Hwy). Turn right.
Travel through Myrtleford and on to Ovens. You will see the Happy
Valley Hotel on your right. Be careful not to miss it! At this point
turn left on to the Happy Valley Road. Drive to the end of this road
("T" intersection at the Kiewa Valley Hwy). Turn right.
Travel on to Mount Beauty. Travel time from Hume Highway approx 1.5
hours.
From here it is approximately 30 kilometres to Falls Creek. Allow
about 35 minutes.
Total travel time approximately 4.5 hours.
From Sydney.
Get to Albury
Travel through Albury
to Wodonga. Travel through Wodonga down High St to the roundabout. Go
left onto the Murray Valley Hwy. Travel along this until the end of
the divided road. Turn right onto the Kiewa Valley Hwy.
Follow signs to Mount
Beauty and Falls Creek. Albury to Falls Creek is approx. 2 hrs.
