A deposit of 50% of the total tariff is payable within 7 days of
making booking.
The balance payment of 50% is payable 30 days prior the scheduled
arrival date.
Any bookings cancelled 60 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival
date will receive a refund of monies paid less a cancellation fee
being 15% of the total tariff.
For bookings cancelled less than 60 days from scheduled arrival date
there is NO REFUND unless the apartment is fully re-booked in which
case there will be a refund of monies paid less a cancellation fee
being 15% of the total tariff.

GUARANTEE:
The Snow Guarantee
ensures that if 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival there is
insufficient snow to enable snowsports on at least 3 designated
downhill runs at Falls Creek, all payments proved to be received (less
booking fee of 15%) will be refunded. All snow guarantee cancellations
must be received 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival. This guarantee
does not apply if snowsport runs at the Resort cannot be accessed
should ski lifts be unable to operate due to other conditions. This
guarantee is applicable every day during the declared Victorian ski
season.
PLEASE NOTE: This
means that cancellations will not be accepted less than 48 hours prior
to arrival. If there is no ski able snow as per the above guarantee in
the days prior to arrival, then the cancellation policy will be
activated at 48 hours prior to arrival.
